Seton Edgar B. Davis  Hospital is a general acute care facility committed to providing quality  inpatient and outpatient services for residents of Caldwell and  surrounding counties.

PAM Specialty Hospital of Luling is a Joint Commission Accredited,  34-bed, Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH). We offer personalized  clinical and medical services to those patients who require extended  observation and monitoring for complex medical issues.

The City of Luling is a  rural Caldwell County community of just over 5,000 residents located  along the San Marcos River at the intersection of Interstate Hwy. 10 and  U.S. Hwy. 183, 17 miles from SH 130 and just 23 miles from Interstate Hwy. 35 in San Marcos



Often referred to as the Crossroads to Everywhere due to its unique juxtaposition to Interstate 10, US Hwy. 183, US Hwy. 90 and Texas Hwy. 80 and 86 - Luling has tremendous pass through traffic for its small size.
